Terms of service
These terms explain how MyMMJRx works and what you agree to when you use it. Please read them before booking.
What MyMMJRx is
MyMMJRx is a technology platform that connects patients with independent physicians licensed in the patient's state for medical cannabis evaluations. MyMMJRx does not practice medicine. All medical decisions are made by the physician.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, or apply with a parent or legal guardian, and be a resident of the state you select. You agree to give accurate, complete information, including about your health and identity.
No guarantee of approval
An evaluation does not guarantee a certification. The physician may decline to certify you for any medical reason.
Payment
You are charged the evaluation fee only if the physician approves you. State registry fees are set by your state and paid to the state directly. There are no memberships or automatic renewals.
Telehealth consent
By booking, you consent to receive care by video. Telehealth has limits — the physician can't physically examine you — and they may ask for records or an in-person visit if needed. In an emergency, call 911.
State and federal law
Medical cannabis is legal under the laws of participating states. It remains illegal under federal law. You are responsible for following your state's rules, including purchase and possession limits. Never carry cannabis across state lines.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MyMMJRx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us.
